How to make a screenshot

Providing screenshots is a very good way to provide information about your problem.

Under Windows system, you can do a screenshot in the following way:

  1. When you see what you want to show us, hold the Prt Scr key for few seconds.
  2. Open the "Paint" program from Accessories menu.
  3. Use Edit->Paste.
  4. Save the file in JPG or PNG format. BMP it not good.
  5. Send the file to Image:Software addr.png as an attachment. Please don't embed the picture in Word or Powerpoint documents. Please send only the JPG or PNG file, alone.
